NETWORKING: Printer Sharing

Step 1:

Go to > Start > Device and Printer 

Right click then Printer properties

 

Step 2:

Go to > Sharing Tab 

Check:  2 boxes 

Then : APPLY/OK

 

Step 3:

Go to > Security Tab > Add > type: everyone > Check Names

Then APPLY/OK 

 

Step 4:

Connect to printer workstation using (Computer Name or (IP Address)

Using computer name to connect printer sample format below.
 

Type Start: \\ML00E0650312D1D  then press enter.

Step 5:

Using IP address connect to printer sample format below.

Type Start : \\172.16.21.93 then press enter

 Step 6:

Right click printer 

Then press > Connect
